Kohala UTV Adventure strives to keep your personally identifiable information accurate. We will provide you with access to your information upon request. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to your data.
Security
Kohala UTV Adventure is committed to ensuring the security of your information. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of the information, Kohala UTV has in place physical and managerial procedures that follow the PCI compliance rules of Visa/MasterCard. All data regarding credit card information is encrypted and transferred to PayFlowPro, a gateway product of PayPal, Inc., for secure processing. Credit card numbers used to hold a reservation that are not processed at the time of booking are only used for processing payment and are not used for other purposes. Credit card numbers that have been processed are purged from our systems once every 2 months.
