What's the cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your reservation. Full price will be charged for cancellations and “no shows” unless we receive prior notice before your scheduled tour as follows: Groups of one to five guests – 24 hours; six to ten guests – 48 hours; eleven or more and private charters – 72 hours.

Is there an age requirement?

Minimum age for drivers is 21 years;  minimum age of all non-driving riders is 5 years. Youths under age 18 must have an adult accompany them on the tour. Anyone under the age of 18 will be required to complete their own Voluntary Participation Agreement and Waiver and have their parent or legal guardian sign the form for them.

Are there weight requirements?

We limit the total weight of passengers per UTV to 1,200 pounds.

Where do we check in at?

Check-in is at our headquarters in the town of Hāwī (pronounced “ha-vee”) at 55-517 Hāwī Road. We are in the smaller yellow building between the eco-tours parking area and the zip line operation.

Should I take my keys and valuables with me?

Not a great idea, unless you have them well secured in a container that will not open or fall away from your possession during the tour.

Got Military or Kamaaina Discounts?

For Kamaaina discounts, please register at Kamaaina.org. This site will verify your residency for you. For Military discounts please call for details.

I have hiking-style sandals - can I wear those?

Closed toe shoes are a much better choice, and are required.  Work boots and athletic or hiking shoes are best.  Wear shoes that you do not mind getting wet or dirty.  NO slippers or flip flops allowed.

Will we do other outdoor activities besides riding in a UTV?

Besides the UTV ride, there will be several stops with a short (less than 50 yards) walks to viewing areas. Seasonally, there may be an optional 10-15 minute one-way, at-grade hike to a waterfall and pond.

Dude, Iʻm amped! Iʻm gonna be getting me some AIR and doing DONUTS in the mud bogs! Yee HAW!

First off, that’s a statement, not a question (and a very excited statement at that).  Second there will be no getting of air and doings of donuts on this tour.  We WILL be cruising through paradise to some crazy-cool vistas and kicking-back to some eye-opening legends at a nice, safe speed.  Period.
